Please add $2.00 for Continental US, $5.00 for shipping to Canada, and $6.00 for outside of North America.

Shipping should take no less than a week inside the Continental US, as long as we are in stock. Customs may cause a longer shipping time outside of the US. Please allow a few weeks.
